Elements
This watch is mainly made of stainless steel AISI 304.
Blinimal is conformed by 3 main pieces:
(1) band (bracelet)
(2) container (the watch case)
(3) dial (bracelet)
Manufacturing process
- The side details of the watch are made by a CNC router with a 3 mm (5/16") drill bit.
- The main shape of the bracelet is cut by a CNC laser machine.
- This piece has to be rolled to 6 cm of diameter.
- The watch case is welded to this piece.
- The dial is protected by a thermoformed acrylic with the same curvature of the watch.
